The Agenda
Governance & Rule of Law
No one above the law. Not anymore.
Why this pillar
Every other pillar in this agenda depends on this one. Without rule of law, social reform becomes a wish list. Without rule of law, infrastructure becomes a contract for the well-connected. Without rule of law, every reform we win can be unwound the next time the wind shifts.
The law is above everyone. No name, no sect, no last name sits higher. That is not a slogan. That is the entire project.
What we're working on
Constitution
Honor the constitution we have. Reform what needs reforming. Stop pretending it's optional.
Justice
An independent judiciary. Real protection for judges. Real consequences for those above the law.
E-Governance
Government services that don't require a wasta or a queue. Digital identity, digital taxation, digital licensing — done right.
Anti-Bribery
Real enforcement, real penalties. End of the small-corruption economy that grinds down every Lebanese interaction with the state.
Civil Law
A civil personal status option, available to every Lebanese who wants it. Equal citizenship under one law.
Freedom of Speech & Political Freedom
Press protections, dissent protections, political competition that is not rigged at the source.
How this pillar works
Open working group. Constitutional lawyers, judges willing to speak, civic organizations, journalists, and citizens who have had enough.
